On June 29th, we participated as an official partner in the Convivium2023 event, one of the most important Human Resources-themed events in the area organized by Ingegneria Italia. It was a great opportunity to meet young engineers, introduce our team and showcase the various job and growth opportunities within the different companies of Bonomi Group.
As highlighted by Massimo Bonomi, Valpres and Valbia General Manager, during his speech, it is essential to enhance and retain young talent within the company through growth paths and well-being in the workplace.
